MediLux is a medical-grade LED light therapy system that uses clinically proven wavelengths of light to stimulate your skin's natural repair processes — without heat, UV, or downtime. Every MediLux journey starts with a Deep Skin Analysis using our OBSERV scanner. This reveals what's happening beneath the surface of your skin — pigmentation, hydration, congestion, UV damage — and gives us everything we need to build a precise, personalised treatment plan before a single session begins.

The Five Light Modes
Red Light
Stimulates collagen and elastin production, reduces fine lines, accelerates healing, and improves overall skin tone and texture. The gold standard for anti-ageing light therapy.
Near Infrared
Penetrates the deepest of all wavelengths. Targets muscle recovery, joint inflammation, and deeper skin layers. Powerful for pain relief, healing, and boosting cellular energy.
Blue Light
Targets the bacteria responsible for acne and blemishes. Particularly effective for oily and acne-prone skin, reducing breakouts and inflammation without drying the skin out.
Green Light

Yellow Light

Your practitioner will select the most appropriate wavelength — or combination — based on your skin concerns at consultation.

What to Expect
Skin Analysis & Consultation
We start with an OBSERV skin scan and consultation to assess your skin in detail and identify the right wavelength protocol for your concerns. This gives us a baseline to track your progress.
Skin Preparation
Your skin is cleansed and prepared with an Epicutis cleanse massage and gentle exfoliation to ensure maximum light penetration.
LED Treatment
You relax while the MediLux panel delivers your chosen wavelength. The light is pain-free and non-invasive — most clients simply feel a gentle warmth. Sessions last 20–30 minutes.
Post-Treatment Protocol
Hyvia Balm and Skin Lipid Face and Décolletage Mask are applied to nourish and seal in the benefits of the light session. You leave with your skin calm, hydrated, and glowing.

Pay in 3 options are available with GoCardless. At SOMA, we offer a Pay-in-3 option to help you spread the cost of a treatment course, with an additional 5% plan cost.
An OBSERV skin scan and consultation is required before your first treatment. Course sessions must be used within 18 months of purchase.
