Come with clean, bare skin if possible — no makeup or SPF. If that's not practical, we can cleanse your skin in clinic before we start for the most accurate results.
The scan
You sit comfortably in front of the OBSERV® 520x while it captures your skin under each of the 10 light modes. The whole process takes just a few minutes and is completely non-invasive.
Your results
We walk through your diagnostic images together — explaining exactly what we're seeing in each mode and what it means for your skin. No jargon, no pressure.

Pricing
