What to Expect
Consultation, Patch Test & Skin Scan
New clients begin with an OBSERV skin scan, patch test, and consultation. We assess your skin, identify your primary concerns, and design a treatment plan. A patch test is carried out at this appointment to ensure suitability.
Numbing
A topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area and left to take effect for 20–30 minutes. Most clients find the treatment very comfortable once numbed.
Treatment
The microneedling device is passed over the skin in a precise pattern, creating controlled micro-channels. A nourishing serum is applied simultaneously, allowing active ingredients to penetrate far deeper than topical application alone.
Recovery
Your skin will look pink or red for 24–72 hours — similar to mild sunburn. This is a normal part of the healing process. Most clients return to normal activities the following day. Full results develop gradually over 4–6 weeks as collagen production increases.
Pricing
