Thank you for shopping with SOMA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or from the date of delivery (for online orders) to return your item.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
The product must be in perfect, resaleable condition.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:
Products that have been opened or used.
Products that are not in their original packaging.
Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
How to Return In-Store Purchases
Please bring the product and your proof of purchase to the SOMA store where you purchased it. Our team will assess the condition of the product and process your return.
How to Return Online Orders
Email us at hello@somabodyclinic.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
